Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, you must fulfill the below:
- If you hold one of the following passes: Employment Pass, S Pass, Personalised Employment Pass, Entrepreneur Pass, Tech Pass, ONE Pass
- Has worked at least 6 months holding any of the above mentioned passes, providing 6 months of payslip issued from local employers.
- Legally married spouse of a Singaporean or PR
- Aged parents of a Singaporean above 21 years old
- Unmarried/adopted children below 21 years old of Singaporean or PR
- Have passed at least one national exam (i.e PSLE, GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' levels), or are in the Integrated Programme (IP)
- Must have outstanding achievements in your artistic field such as music, dance, theatre, literature, film, visual arts, or design.
- Possess a strong track record of local engagements, exhibitions, performances, or collaborations in Singapore.
- Demonstrate significant contributions to Singapore’s arts and cultural scene.

Option A: Invest a minimum of S$10 million (Singapore Dollars) in a new business entity or the expansion of an existing business operation in Singapore. This investment must be in an approved business sector as determined by the Singapore government.
